Everything businesses usually ask before working with Sylow — answered the way we build: honestly, and without the sales gloss.
About Sylow
What does Sylow AI do?
Sylow AI designs and builds AI-enabled business systems: lead response, AI reception, workflow automation, conversion websites, and research & intelligence dashboards. The focus is business outcomes — faster responses, more booked appointments, less admin — not tools for their own sake. Every system is designed with human review gates and clear ownership.
Where is Sylow based, and where does it work?
Sylow is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and works with businesses in the UAE and remotely worldwide. Systems are built on cloud infrastructure, so location rarely constrains an engagement.
Which industries does Sylow work with?
Primarily service businesses where response time and admin load directly affect revenue: dental and healthcare, fitness, real estate, hospitality and restaurants, luxury retail, professional services, construction, startups, and SMEs. The operating logic — capture demand, serve faster, operate cleaner, decide better — is tuned to how each industry actually loses money.
What makes Sylow different from an automation agency?
Operating design before tools, and governance as a feature. Sylow starts from the workflow and the business outcome, keeps humans in the loop where judgment matters, documents ownership and fallbacks, and labels concept interfaces as concepts. No fake testimonials, invented numbers, or unsupported guarantees.
Working together
How do engagements start?
Every engagement starts with a systems diagnostic: a short, structured review that identifies the workflow costing the business the most. You keep the diagnostic map regardless of what happens next.
What is a systems diagnostic?
A structured review of how inquiries, tasks, and information actually move through your business — where leads leak, where admin drags, where data scatters. It produces a prioritized map of bottlenecks and a recommendation for the smallest system worth building first. It is a working session, not a pitch.
How fast will we see something working?
The delivery model is deliberately incremental: diagnostic, blueprint, then a pilot — the smallest useful system tested against real operations before anything scales. You see working value at the pilot stage, not at the end of a long project.
Do we need technical staff to work with Sylow?
No. Systems are built on your existing tools where possible, documented in plain language, and handed over with training and a maintenance rhythm. What you do need is an owner — someone in the business responsible for reviewing and approving what the system does.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, which is exactly what the diagnostic establishes first. Engagements are structured to start small — a scoped pilot before any larger commitment — so the first investment is deliberately modest and the decision to scale is based on evidence from your own operations.
The systems
What systems does Sylow build?
Five outcome systems: a Lead Response System (capture, qualify, book, follow up), AI Reception (voice, booking, FAQs, escalation), Workflow Automation Sprints (removing repetitive admin), Website + Conversion Systems (premium sites wired into lead infrastructure), and Research & Intelligence Systems (dashboards and executive briefs).
Will AI talk to our customers unsupervised?
Only where it is safe and approved. High-risk actions — money, promises, sensitive data — stay review-gated, with human escalation designed in from day one. A well-designed system knows what it must not answer alone.
Does Sylow integrate with our existing CRM and WhatsApp?
Integration with your existing stack is the default approach. Sylow builds around tools like WhatsApp and Twilio for communication, common CRMs, Google Workspace, n8n and APIs for automation, and Supabase or Postgres for data — connecting the stack around your workflow rather than migrating you onto a new platform.
Trust and governance
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every system ships with documentation, ownership, fallback paths, and a maintenance rhythm. Escalation to humans is designed in, so a failure degrades gracefully to a human process instead of silently dropping customers. Fragile automation is one of the four failure modes Sylow exists to prevent.
How is our business data handled?
Data access is scoped to what each workflow actually needs, and sensitive actions require explicit boundaries agreed before launch. Where the system touches customer data, access, storage, and escalation rules are documented as part of the governance layer — not left to defaults.
Do you show client results and testimonials?
Only real ones. Interface demonstrations on this site are labeled as concepts. No fake logos, invented metrics, or purchased reviews — claims discipline is part of the governance model, applied to Sylow’s own marketing first.
Will AI replace our staff?
The systems are designed to remove interruptions and repetitive work, not judgment. In practice teams end up spending more time on the in-person, high-judgment work that machines handle badly. Decisions about staffing remain yours; the honest claim is leverage, not replacement.
