This notice explains how Sylow AI handles information submitted directly to us and limited professional information used for carefully selected, one-to-one business communication.

Sylow AI is the public-facing brand of Sylow.Ai For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design, a Dubai sole establishment operating under Professional Licence 1637461 and Commercial Register 2893160. Information you give us

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or a website form, we may collect your name, contact details and the information you provide about your business. We use it to respond, assess your request, prepare a diagnostic or proposal, deliver agreed work and maintain necessary business records.

Limited public-source business information

For carefully selected business outreach, we may use a professional name, current role, employer, public company or work contact route, source URL, relevance note, contact dates and suppression status. Sources are limited to first-party business websites, official company registers such as Companies House and other clearly public professional sources. We do not buy contact lists or use private consumer addresses for business outreach.

Why we use it

We process information where necessary to respond to an enquiry, take steps towards a contract, deliver agreed work, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate business interests. Where permitted by applicable law, our legitimate interests may include sending a small number of relevant, one-to-one business communications. We check role relevance, prefer company work addresses, use no hidden tracking pixels and send no more than one follow-up unless the recipient replies.

Direct-marketing objections

You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply “no thanks” to the message or email hello@sylowai.com. We will stop and retain only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent further contact.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics that identify you personally. We use service providers only where necessary for email delivery, website hosting, cloud storage, document management and agreed project systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection controls. If our use of tracking or analytics changes, we will update this notice and provide any notice or choices required by law.

International processing

Sylow operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. We limit the information used and apply appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards where required.

Retention

Inbound enquiry and client information is kept only as long as needed for the conversation, agreed work and necessary legal or business records. Unanswered outreach records are deleted 90 days after the final message. A minimal suppression record may be retained longer to respect an objection and prevent recontact.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or object to processing. The right to object to direct marketing applies at any time. Contact hello@sylowai.com.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services or legal obligations. The latest version will always be published on this page with its revision date.
